Mrs. Barbara Rosin has a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and a Masters in Secondary Education from Northern Illinois University as well as her Middle School Math Endorsement. In 2011 she received an Outstanding Teaching Award from St. Ignatius College Prep High School. She has been teaching mathematics for 25 years in the Diocese of Joliet. She teaches 7th grade ELA, Religion and Mathematics for grades 5 through 8. She loves what she does and does what she loves and that is teaching the students at St. Philip the Apostle School. Mrs. Rosin and her husband Larry have four children and two grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family and friends - especially spending time at the ocean this summer walking the beaches. She has seen the truth, beauty and goodness of our awesome God as she watched the beautiful sunsets with her family and is ready to return to the classroom for another faith-filled year with the children.
